Shack Creative – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Term & Renewal

• Memberships are available on a month-by-month basis.

• Memberships automatically renew for the same duration unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to renewal.

• Shack Creative reserves the right to revise membership fees or inclusions prior to renewal with 30 days’ written notice.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated or renewed.

• Shack Creative may terminate or suspend a membership for repeated breaches of policy or misuse of the space.

 
 
2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Booking Behaviour
 

• Members may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 48 hours prior without penalty.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be recorded as a breach.

• Members who no-show more than three times within a 6-month term may have their booking privileges suspended or reviewed, and may incur an administrative fee.

• Memberships cancelled mid-term are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Shack Creative reserves the right to reallocate bookings after 15 minutes of unnotified lateness.

 
 
3. Booking Limits & Space Use
 

• Members may hold only one space or one day booking at a time unless granted prior approval by Shack Creative management.

• Exceptions may be made for larger campaigns, commercial productions, or extended creative projects—these must be approved in writing by the Shack Creative team.

• Bookings must be strictly for filming, photography, or creative production purposes.

• Each filming space is limited to a maximum of 10 people unless prior consultation with a Shack Creative team member is arranged.

• Sub-leasing, renting, or allowing non-members to use the studio under your booking is strictly prohibited.

 
 
4. Property Rules & Restrictions
 

• No structural changes or physical alterations to the property are permitted under any circumstances.

• No drilling, painting, hanging, or installing fixtures without written permission.

• No large grip equipment (such as cranes, dollies, large rigs, etc.) is permitted on grass areas due to surface protection requirements.

• No pets are allowed onsite unless explicitly approved for a specific production and agreed upon in writing.

• All furniture, decor, and set pieces must be returned to their original position after each session.

 
 
5. Equipment & Gear Use
 

• Shack Creative equipment may only be used by trained members or under staff supervision where necessary.

• All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Any damage or loss caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the member responsible.

• Members use all facilities and gear at their own risk.

 
 
6. Ownership of Content & Usage Rights
 

• All creative content produced onsite remains the intellectual property of the creator/client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Shack Creative reserves the right to use any content filmed or photographed onsite for promotional or marketing purposes, including social media, website, or advertising materials, unless the creator provides written notice requesting exclusion prior to or within 7 days of the shoot.

• Shack Creative will never sell or license member content to third parties without written consent.

 
 
7. Conduct & Responsibility
 

• Members are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct towards all staff, other members, and the property.

• Any damage, theft, or property misuse must be reported immediately and paid for in full by the responsible party.

• Smoking, vaping, or use of illicit substances onsite is strictly prohibited.

• All instructions from Shack Creative team members must be followed at all times.

• All terms and permissions are void unless discussed directly with and approved by the Shack Creative owners (TTM).

 
 
8. Liability & Insurance
 

• Shack Creative is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or creative assets while onsite.

• Members and their guests enter and use the premises at their own risk.

• Shack Creative is not responsible for any injury or accident sustained during studio use.

• Members are strongly encouraged to maintain public liability insurance and insure their personal and production equipment.

 
 
9. Privacy & Data
 

• All personal and business data collected by Shack Creative will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and used solely for operational or promotional purposes.

 
 
10. Agreement
 
By becoming a member, booking the studio, or using any Shack Creative space, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
